This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for First Shot Training, a DBA of Faith First Firearms LLC. As a general rule, First Shot Training does not offer refunds. Please read this policy carefully before booking a service or registering for a class.

General Refund Policy

First Shot Training generally does not offer refunds. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at First Shot Training’s discretion. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Situations That Are Not Eligible For A Refund

No refunds are provided because a student fails a class, does not pass a range qualification, does not complete required steps, is not eligible, is denied by Texas DPS, or does not receive a Texas License to Carry.

Completion of a class, training session, or online course does not guarantee license approval, eligibility, legal outcomes, or performance results. Eligibility and approval are determined by the appropriate government agencies under their own requirements and processes.

Online Texas LTC Class Purchases

The Online Texas LTC class, also commonly searched as the Online Texas CHL class, is registered and paid for through an outside online course provider, Texas Carry Academy, not through this website. Online Texas LTC class purchases through Texas Carry Academy are subject to Texas Carry Academy’s own terms, refund rules, course access rules, and payment policies. First Shot Training does not control Texas Carry Academy’s payment processing, refunds, course access, account access, or provider policies. Any refund questions for the online class should be directed to Texas Carry Academy.

First Shot Training Services

For future First Shot Training services, deposits, private training, group training, range qualification, or other scheduled services, refunds are generally not offered. Booking a service or paying a deposit reserves time and resources, and fees for these services are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be considered when reasonable notice is provided, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. If you need to reschedule, please contact First Shot Training as early as possible so we can review whether an alternative time is available.

Missed Appointments And Forfeiture Of Fees

Missed appointments, no-shows, late cancellations, failure to bring required items, unsafe conduct, or refusal to follow safety instructions may result in forfeiture of fees. Safety is a priority in every First Shot Training service, and instructors may pause or end a session when safety expectations are not met.

If First Shot Training Cancels

If First Shot Training cancels a class or session, First Shot Training may offer rescheduling, credit, or another reasonable resolution at its discretion.
